  • Image Requirements: You must provide high-quality images for the best results. Blurry or low-resolution images may affect the final product.

  • Copyright & Ownership: By submitting images, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them. We are not liable for copyright violations.

  • Design Approval: Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. Review your design carefully before finalizing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Custom portraits typically take 5-7 business days for production.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by location (estimated 7-15 business days for EU shipments). Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Lost/Damaged Shipments: Contact us immediately if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We may require proof (photos) to process replacements.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal – Derecho de Desistimiento): Under Spanish law (Art. 102, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), EU consumers have 14 days to cancel an order for a full refund.

    • Custom-made items (personalized pet portraits) are exempt from withdrawal unless defective.

  • Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
